Account Coordinator

We’re looking to add an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to support the seamless execution of projects and ensure client satisfaction.

Position Overview:

This position requires a highly organized and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is adept at multitasking, and can proactively manage day-to-day operations. The Account Coordinator will be the bridge between Account Executives and our Ad-Operations team to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Assist in managing client projects from inception to completion. Maintain project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met within deadlines.
  • Project Management: Support internal teams with task assignments, tracking progress, and ensuring tasks are executed according to project plans.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation and track project milestones. Prepare regular reports for clients and internal teams.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the digital team to ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the account services team with day-to-day tasks and coordination of meetings.

 

Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience: Previous experience in managing projects and/or coordination role related to advertising and digital marketing. Internships and part time work will be considered.

  • Organization: Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
