We have an opening for an experienced Account Executive to join our team of innovative marketers. As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our agency through managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and crafting effective strategies. Expertise in business development, client relations, and digital marketing will be critical in driving success for our clients and our agency.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and decision-making capabilities, adept at interpreting metrics and omni-channel digital strategies to present effective marketing plans and analyze campaign performance. They should possess excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and team members, presenting ideas, solutions, and results. An aptitude for cultivating long-term client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and cross-selling services is essential for deepening client engagement and supporting revenue goals. This role requires prospecting to grow sales, maintaining strong client relationships, and working closely with the team to deliver high-quality, timely services. Adaptability to new technologies and a natural curiosity for problem-solving are also key traits.
THIS ROLE INVOLVES:
- Demonstrated customer service aptitude to maintain and grow our current client base:
- Successfully managing client relationships
- Cultivating and growing long-term client relationships
- Cross-selling services to enhance client engagement and support revenue goals
- Working closely with Account Managers to deliver high-quality and timely services
- Excellent organization and communication skills to facilitate prompt and clear client communication
- Strong motivation and ability to prospect and close new clients:
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Independent prospecting and managing leads to drive sales revenue
- Participating in networking events and meetings that are occasionally scheduled outside of regular business hours
- Developing marketing strategies for prospective clients
- Strong written communication skills to support proposal writing
- Presenting information in a manner that is appealing and accessible to prospective clients
- A well-developed understanding of digital marketing strategies and metrics
- Familiarity with omni-channel digital strategies
- Mapping client needs and goals onto appropriate digital strategies
- Interpreting digital marketing metrics and analyzing campaign performance to provide actionable insights
- Clearly explaining digital marketing strategies and metrics to clients to build their understanding and confidence
