The Account Services Manager will oversee our sales and client services team, ensuring that the team is working efficiently and effectively to meet and exceed the goals for our clients and our company. This person will also collaborate with the leadership team on our marketing plan and be responsible for executing that plan. In short, this position involves managing a team, ensuring high quality client service, business development, client retention, and client growth.

Digital media sales, planning, and analysis experience required. Experience managing people is preferred.

In addition to exhibiting a strong customer service attitude, key responsibilities of the position include:

Process and Team Management

  • Oversee training and instruction of team members for smooth onboarding and continued development, enforce quality controls, and ensure timeliness within the team.
  • Monitor and provide feedback on employee performance and work to promptly resolve issues on team.
  • Lead monthly growth conversations and yearly performance evaluations with direct reports.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent execution of key company processes.
  • Identify and implement new tools, processes, or solutions that improve the company workflow, performance, or profitability.

Client Retention and Growth in Collaboration with our Account Executives

  • Set expectations and serve as the team’s model for client relationship building, management, and networking.
  • Spearhead multi-channel digital strategies across key accounts.
  • Identify sales opportunities and propose new ideas to clients.
  • Develop and conduct client service workshops, presentations, and webinars.
  • Participate in our new business process to identify and close qualified leads.

Reporting and Analytics

  • Review digital media dashboards and analytics to interpret what the data reveals about campaign performance.
  • Use campaign data to identify key insights and inform optimal next steps.
  • Manage and deliver reports on revenue and outbound sales efforts to Leadership.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline; track leads, opportunities, and forecast revenue.
