A senior account executive has the day-to-day responsibility of working directly with the agency’s larger, more complex clients. In this dynamic and evolving marketing climate, you must be solution-focused, obsessed with details, and have an eye for understanding how digital marketing strategies align with the client’s business objectives. The senior account executive develops, writes, and presents strategic plans based on the identification of the client’s needs and will satisfy the client’s challenges. The Sr. Account Executive will have responsibilities related to business development, financial, and client retention goals.


Digital media sales planning and analysis experience required.

In this role, you will be expected to fulfill these requirements.

  • Collaborate with the New Business Specialist to close and transition qualified leads
  • Spearhead complex multi-channel digital strategies across multiple accounts
  • Develop trusting relationships with clients and solve their business challenges through problem-solving and digital technology
  • Provide timely solutions to client questions, challenges, and inquires
  • Own client deliverables such as annual planning, presentations, and reports
  • Identify sales opportunities and propose new ideas to clients
  • Effectively manage risk by proactively communicating project timelines and expectations to clients and internal teams
  • Act as the client advocate by thoroughly understanding and communicating the ins and outs of your client’s business and marketing strategies
  • Maintain client satisfaction, ultimately leading to client retention and account growth
  • Work within multiple deadlines in a calm and efficient manner
  • Identify new tools, processes, or solutions that improve the function’s workflow, performance, or effectiveness
  • Build trust in team members by taking initiative and responding quickly to questions and suggestions
  • Demonstrate excellent active listening and communication skills with clients and across our function teams
  • Effectively manage risk by proactively communicating project timelines and expectations to clients and internal teams
  • Identify new opportunities, creative solutions, and cross-sell services as it is relevant
  • Have a willingness to take on new tasks with enthusiasm and deliver consistent, timely communication
