Digital Media Supervisor

KeyMedia Solutions – Sioux Falls, SD

KeyMedia Solutions seeking a Digital Media Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced in developing and delivering impactful Paid Search, Display, and Video advertising. We are seeking a team player who possess a passion for data, desire to constantly learn, leadership experience, and a minimum of three years’ experience managing paid digital media campaigns.

The selected candidate will oversee our ad operations department; this includes oversight of paid and organic marketing efforts, testing new technology, as well as support and training of Digital Strategists on the team.

Primary job duties include:

  • Development and oversight of high performing campaigns in paid and organic search, social media, real time bidding, and programmatic ad buying.
  • Manage campaign performance against key indicators including impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, position, conversions, quality, and website analytic data.
  • Effectively achieving maximum campaign ROI while reducing costs.
  • Performing ongoing research and testing to further expand both online advertising and SEO initiatives.
  • Leadership and training of Digital Specialists.
  • Performing compilation and analysis of data from all marketing platforms.
  • Executing reporting and providing insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with vendor partners and clients.
  • Providing thoughtful leadership for new initiatives, services, and growth opportunities.
  • Presentation of campaign recommendation and results to key clients.

A qualified candidate will be able to exhibit:

  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing paid and organic search, marketing databases, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • 3 years’ proven track record in developing and executing digital media strategy.
  • Ability to provide campaign estimates and projections for campaigns in a timely and thorough manner.
  • Ability to generating recommendations based on analysis of data sets.
  • Experience with website analytics tools; ability to provide and implement recommendations for increased campaign performance based on individual client goals.
  • Strong attention to detail and love of data.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex sets of data & reports to both internal & external stakeholder.
  • Team first mentality.
