We have an opening for an experienced and strategic Digital Specialist to join our team of innovative marketers. The ideal candidate should be a self-proclaimed digital marketing nerd, who possesses a passion for anything online and gets a thrill from diving deep into data analysis for practical application in solving complex problems.

A Digital Specialist is responsible for aiding in research and creation of a full-funnel digital strategy, setup, management, and analysis to deliver key the insights and opportunities for client growth. This can include utilizing techniques in the field of social media, web analytics, search engine marketing (SEO and SEM), programmatic advertising, and advanced tracking abilities with tags and pixels. Long term, this position has the potential to assist in training the next generation of digital marketers in technology application and strategic thinking.

Develop unique, client-centered strategies for each campaign:

  • Plan, build and monitor diverse digital campaigns (display, video, search, SEO, social media, etc.) to achieve clients’ desired results.
  • Conduct keyword research to discover high-impact terms for effective campaign optimizations and SEO strategies.
  • Craft compelling ad copy for headlines and descriptions.
  • Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data to optimize campaigns.
  • Research new platforms and tactics to enhance campaign strategies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to incorporate innovative tactics into campaigns.

Leverage tracking and analytics data to drive campaign optimizations:

  • Ensure proper setup of campaign tracking pixels and codes for accurate data collection.
  • Analyze campaign data to produce monthly campaign summaries.
  • Analyze data gathered from SEO Audits and use it to develop strategy.
  • Prepare creative assets and generate advanced tracking parameters for monitoring creative performance in the campaign.
  • Build, edit, and maintain high-quality client reporting dashboards with KPIs to measure success towards the campaign’s objective, and derive actionable insights for optimizations.

Detail oriented, able to manage both time and budgets:

  • Organize and prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate with team members to deliver digital projects on time.
  • Manage monthly, daily and/or campaign lifetime budgets, delivering specified outcomes within allocated resources.
  • Ensure proper budget pacing, management, and optimization of campaigns for maximum impact.

Ability to write accessible, client-facing reports:

  • Compile comprehensive reports on campaign performance.
  • Craft SEO strategies with actionable insights.

Requirements:

The ability to acquire these certifications is required upon hire: Google Analytics, Google Ads (Fundamentals as well as Search, Shopping, Display, Video), The Trade Desk Programmatic Certification​

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in digital marketing.
  • A working knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta platforms. Programmatic experience is preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in managing paid advertising budgets.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and standard practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Robust writing skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.​
  • Willing to learn and remain flexible in an ever-emerging industry. ​
