We are expanding our staff by adding a Digital Marketing Specialist to complement our existing staff skillsets. The ideal candidate should be a self-proclaimed digital marketing geek, possess a passion for anything online, and get a thrill from solving complex problems in order to deliver great results for our clients.
A digital specialist is responsible for executing the strategy used in marketing a client’s product/service online. This can include utilizing techniques in the field of social media, web analytics, search engine marketing (SEO and SEM), mobile marketing, and online display among others. This position will assist with research and recommend tactics that will achieve individual campaign goals; perform consumer research; hands on execution, monitoring, and optimization of campaigns; provide campaign reporting; provide insights that lead to renewed/increased sales; and work to discover new/better ways of reaching individuals via the Internet.
A qualified candidate will have experience and/or a degree in Marketing and Advertising. Pay is dependent on experience. Benefits include a company funded retirement account, quarterly profit-sharing bonuses, paid time off, and other perks associated with working for a small company.
