One of the many opportunities we have at KeyMedia Solutions is writing blogs. This is not something I do very often, but am happy to have this opportunity. With a graphic design and marketing background, I’m not a writer. So, when I get the opportunity to write something, I write what’s on my mind.

KeyMedia Solutions has an official writer on staff and he is excellent with these things – we also have Travis, who is an excellent writer, as well. For me, having the opportunity (being told) to write a blog, the endeavor seems somewhat daunting. What I do know is writing blogs and posting on your site can help your business in many ways. This is why I occasionally write blogs.

Never underestimate the dark side of the force, and never underestimate the power of the blog. Did you know 80 percent of daily blog visits come from new site visitors? According to Social Marketing Writing, “Once you accumulate over fifty posts, blog traffic increases by 53 percent. Traffic goes up three times as much after 100 posts and four and a half times after 200 posts.” Bottom line is posting more often can help you quickly attract visitors to your website.

Blogs also help you with credibility. Quality content and creative designs are the top two factors that add credibility to a blog. Making these two factors your top priority will increase the traffic to your site. More followers lead to more backlinks and traffic; this helps you increase your social media and search engine power. A blog is an informational piece of writing on relevant issues and helps your business stay top-of-mind with your customers.

Our blogs are something that we share with our clients. We write these blogs to inform and educate our clients on the latest digital marketing issues.
